Suppongo che si tratti di "lavoro in caffetteria". L'espressione è usata da una sedicenne che esce con un coetaneo: "What about you? What's with the java-joe-job?" Dovrei rendere, dunque, un linguaggio abbastanza giovanile e con una frase breve (è per un doppiaggio).
