'lock' non significa bloccato, bensi' e' riferito ai tasti 'Blocca maiuscola' e 'Blocco tastiera numerica' (in inglese si chiamano 'Caps Lock' e 'Num Lock').
Questo driver (componente software) dovrebbe essere il modulo software che determina lo stato (On/Off) di questi tasti, e altri (anche Alt e Ctrl, e Shift hanno uno stato on/off).
