Non si tratta di stipendio, attenzione! Si tratta del costo sostenuto dalla societa' per impiegato. Cio' include lo stipendio e tutte le spese connesse all'avere un dipendente, l'uso delle strutture, le attrezzature, i benefit, etc > ovvero salary + overhead

Grazie anche a te, Eride. In un primo momento, ho pensato anch'io che si potesse trattare di stipendio lordo. Ma ho posto la domanda proprio perché questa possibilità non mi convinceva, specie visto che un'altra voce della lista si riferisce chiaramente allo stipendio annuale -lordo, chiaramente.
