Explanation:
Un reference c'è, forse è un po' poco....

Lo strato intermedio (BIZ) è agnostico rispetto alla fonte dei dati (usa reflection per leggere dal web.config quale tipo di layer istanziare), domani potremmo sostituire il DB con Oracle e quindi sostituendo lo strato DAL (e la riga nel web.config) tutto dovrebbe funzionare senza ulteriori modifiche.
Allo stesso modo lo strato BIZ potrebbe essere interrogato da una diversa applicazione (un palmare od altro) e deve comunque fornire dei dati utilizzabili.
