è passato un mese, forse ormai non ti serve più...
ma mi viene in mente "soluzione composta" che mi sembra possa accompagnarsi bene alle altre due (soluzione ottimizzata e soluzione gestita) e che rende bene l'idea di un insieme di componenti software.
Oppure: soluzione personalizzata, anche qui rende l'idea che i vari componenti vengono assemblati in base all'esigenze del singolo cliente (come da spiegazione del cliente), e si distingue dalla classica "soluzione pacchettizzata" (una soluzione unica per tutti i clienti)
