a vostro avviso, come dovrebbe essere interpretato "title" nella frase qui sotto?

"X will sell to the Purchaser the land required for each particular phase of the Project on an as-is, where-is basis, at the Purchaser’s sole risk and peril, except only with respect to title."

Si tratto di una lettera d'intenti per un'operazione immobiliare in Canada.
