Claudia Di Loreto: Non tutti gli edifici di interesse storico sono 'listed' = inseriti in un elenco di strutture poste sotto tutela e soggette a vincoli storico-artistici. Quindi modificherei così: edificio industriale di interesse storico protetto/tutelato. Buon lavoro
