Io tradurrei "Rustici": a Malta ci sono dei tipici cibi da strada simili a sfogliatine e ripieni di ricotta o altro (i "Pastizzi"), o anche vari tipi di frittelle e tortini salati ripieni di acciughe. Per lo più sono piccoli snack che ricordano molto i nostri rustici. L'unico dubbio è che forse il termini "rustici" è poco conosciuto al nord Italia rispetto al centro-sud, ma non ne sono sicura. |
