Sì, con "terrina" è sottinteso l'uso del forno. Ti ho proposto due varianti perché nel caso di "terrina" (ma anche di sformato) la pietanza ha solitamente un preciso aspetto (in parole povere, "compatto", tipo lasagne o parmigiana). Se vuoi evitare di essere troppo specifico, puoi ricorrere all'espressione "al forno" (ho indicato come primo elemento le melanzane perché immagino rappresentino l'ingrediente principale). Spero di essere stata chiara :)
