37 mins confidence: exam credit
Explanation: As there is not really any context it is difficult to be precise, however I believe the phrase you are looking for is exam credit or exam credits, in the sense that knowledge or achievements elsewhere would count towards part of a course or degree.
I am not sure whether this would fit in with the context of your translation.

Sorry, you must excuse the rather obvious explanation however I was under the impression you were looking for a term in English as you had put the language pair as Italian > English.
Regards
James
Example sentence(s):- Students may receive exam credit in subjects where they can prove equivalent achievements or certificates.

Asker: Thank you for your response. I am translating a university transcript and I believe the best choice would be: "credici scolastici" but I'm still waiting for other suggestions.
