A me sembra voglia dire un'altra cosa:non sono per caso le parti di chip o i chip inutilizzati perché inadatti e destinati quindi ad altre applicazioni?
So che die vuol dire anche stampo, matrice etc. ma qui non vedo come possa esistere un team di esperti per recuperare dei calchi...
Conoscendo il processo di creazione dei microchip per pc mi sembra proprio che il tizio in tuta stia prelevando i chip dal wafer, il disco di silicio su cui vengono stampati i chip e poi separarati uno per uno...poi sottoposti a test e da lì quelli che reggono temperature e altre specifiche diventano cpu, gli altri sono una seconda scelta per altre applicazioni. |
