Elena Nissen Villoresi: 6:19pm Jul 29, 2006: I would need more info to really be of help but at first glance, if it is CCTV, I would guess that we are talking about an illuminator and about a patent name - in this case "noise" would refer to image noise that is filtered for a more accurate detection
