English to Italian translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Electronics / Elect Eng / building service device nodes | | English term or phrase: "RSSI/ToF) ranging | Il testo parla di un sistema per raggruppare i nodi di un sistema di illuminazione in un edificio
Ho compreso le tecniche RSSI e ToF, mi manca di riuscire a rendere ranging.
alcuni esempi:
1) "The RSSI technique is less accurate than ToF
ranging, and is generally held to be less useful for automatic position finding. One characteristic of RSSI ranging is that it is affected, in indoor situations, by absorption and dispersion by walls and other partitions within the building."
2) "this document exploits an artefact of the RSSI ranging technique to advantage in the context of assigning switching control nodes to lighting nodes."
