Si tratta del metodo di collegamento di un dispositivo per il risparmio energetico al pannello elettrico e dice:
Undo the R,S,T,N terminal volts on the back of the power switch and set the 0-volt connection line of the power saver
In questo caso "set" suppongo significhi "collegare", ma purtroppo non sono esperta in questo settore. Qualcuno me lo saprebbe spiegare in maniera molto laica?

Penso che dica ce bisogna staccare i terminali R-S-T-N (dell'alimentazione) ed attacare il cavo/la linea a = volt (probabilmente al centro stella che è il punto neutro)
