Nella parte riferita alla garanzia e all'aspetto economico della fornitura trovo:
"In case of resale by the Buyer to a subsequent buyer(s), the Buyer shall inform the subsequent buyer of the Vendor’s retention of title still prevailing over the Equipment.
In case of non payment of any invoice on due dates or in case of insolvency of the Buyer, the Vendor will have the right to recover the Equipments, whatever the subsequent buyer is, if any."

come posso rendere questa parte nel passaggio??? "shall inform the subsequent buyer of the Vendor’s retention of title still prevailing over the Equipment."
