Ho capito il senso della frase ma no so se sono riuscito a renderlo correttamente. Si intende RETE ELETTRICA e non in rete infomatica. Dai un'occhiata qui: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical_network "Set" è, tra i vari significati è "gruppo" e gli "air cooler" sono le ventole di raffreddamento almeno di questo sono sicuro. Spero di essere stato di aiuto...
