come posso differenziare warm start da hot start? avviamento a caldo e avviamento riscaldato?? In un glossario cliente ho trovato "partenza da tiepido", non trovo riscontri...

There are three different initial conditions possible as follows (these differ from the definitions given in the VGB guideline):
A) Steam turbine cold start - gas turbine cold start and
HRSG cold start.
Mean temperature of HP shaft > 400 C.
B) Steam turbine cold start - Gas turbine in bypass operation
Mean temperature of HP shaft < 150 C
C) Steam turbine warm start
Mean temperature of HP shaft 150 C < # < 400C
D) Steam turbine hot start
Mean temperature of HP shaft > 400 C.

Explanation:
non è facile definire la seconda condizione, quella intermedia; però non mi sembra molto corretto definire un avviamento "tiepido" un avviamento che si ha quano l'albero della turbina è fra i 150 e 400 °C.

Io direi
- a freddo
- in fase di preriscaldo o in fase intermedia
- a caldo

La spiegazione viene poi data dalle varie temperature assunte dall'albero turbina, nel primo caso inferiore a 150 °C, nel secondo
150<t<400 °C e nel terzo t>400 °C
