Credo che dovrebbe essere "It provides..." Ho tradotto la frase come segue:
"Offre tanto rifornimento e capacità commerciale quanto prodotti finanziari."

Credo che ci sia un pezzo prima che possa giustificare quell'"IT providing", comunque anche se la frase iniziasse in questo modo, io la tradurrei così:
"Offre sia rifornimenti/forniture di ...(dipende dall'oggetto in questione) , sia capacità commerciale( o di contrattazione )e strumenti derivati finanziari"
