Il mio principio personale è che se si può tradurre senza sconvolgerne il significato, bisogna farlo.
Se un termine è usato prevalentemente in inglese è giusto non tradurlo più (sport, computer, server...)
Se invece c\'è una traduzione corrente si deve usarla.
In definitiva, io lo tradurrei.
