in una lista di condizioni operative assieme ad altri elementi quali tipo di fluido, densità, viscosità velocità di flusso etc.
Pur sapendo cosa sia in inglese non sono sicuro del corrispettivo esatto in italiano

Questa è la definizione in Internet; per le unità di misura meglio sarebbe dire 4.186 J/(kg K)
Per l'acqua è 1.005 J/(kg K)
Ma se si tratta di un rapporto le unità di misura non ci sono, dato che si elidono

Ancora per Luisa.
La definizione di "calore specifico" è quella data sopra, ovvero la quantità di calore necessaria per innalzare di un grado kelvin la temperatura di una massa di un corpo.
Questo valore varia da corpo a corpo (vedi valori acqua ed aria, ad es.) Ultimamente comunque la definizione, che io uso da anni e che si trova su testi universitari di recente pubblicazione, è "capacità termica massica" e viene indicata nelle unità SI con J/(kg K)

...piu' probabile se l'originale fosse "specific heat ratio". Comunque e' una proprieta' intrinseca del materiale.

neutral  Gian: calore specifico (che ora viene meglio definito come "capacità termica massica" non c'entra nulla, a meno che Mario si sia dimenticato "specific"; comunque sarebbe sempre un RAPPORTO
