Si parla di puntatori solari. I PV sono i sistemi fotovoltaici.

La frase che non mi e' chiara e' questa:

The LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) for a PV dual axis tracking system is estimated at 18% below the LCOE for PV fixed at latitude tilt.

Quindi i sistemi fotovoltaici a doppio asse sono migliori di quelli fissi.... sbaglio forse? Non riesco a capire cosa si intenda per "latitude tilt" pero'....
