Sembra che questa espressione sia usata da una sola azienda, quindi bisognerebbe chiedere a questa azienda perché ha sentito il bisogno di inventare una nuova espresione...
A mio parere si riferisce semplicemente ad apparecchiature complete, cioè pronte per l'utente finale. Si può discutere su quale sia la scelta migliore tra apparecchiature/dispositivi/soluzioni...ma il concetto rimane lo stesso.
