Premesso che non so cosa sia esattamente la superficie cam-out, presumo che abbia la funzione di impedire che il materiale venga intrappolato (magari puoi trovare un sinonimo più elegante) e vada a costituire deglia ggregati, delle masse-masserelle di materiale stesso.
Un'ideuzza estemporanea, senza conoscenza specifica del soggetto.
