Explanation:
Si riferisce probabilmente a delle reti per il controllo dell'erosione, che si chiamano appunto "bonded fibre matrix" in Inglese e "matrice di fibre legate" in Italiano. Previene l'erosione controllando i flussi di acqua e umidita' (vapore nello specifico non lo so) quindi sono quasi quasi sicuro.
