Explanation:
Nella risposta ho inserito solo la traduzione di "count controller" che è un contatore totalizzatore che semplicemente genera un'uscita quando il conteggio raggiunge un valore preimpostato (vedi rif.). Per quanto riguarda invece "takes a input low" tradurrei "porta a zero". High e low fanno riferimento ai due possibili stati dell'ingresso digitale, che solitamente in italiano si indicano con 1 (alto) e 0 (basso). La frase completa sarebbe quindi: "la chiusura del contatto del relè porta a zero un ingresso del contatore Durant".
