Explanation:
Ciao Barbara,

"Jointly liable" si traduce comumente "responsabile in solido". Mi sembra pertanto che tu possa tradurre "jointly obliged parties" come "parti obbligate in solido".

Se hai la Section 8.1 del Client Agreement potresti controllare se questa interpetazione è corretta.

Per "obbligato in solido" troverai molti riscontri su Internet.

Sarebbe stato troppo bello se tu avessi avuto il Client Agreement su cui controllare... ;-)

Comunque visto che, alla lettera, "obliged" vuol dire "obbligato" e "jointly" significa "congiungamente/in comune/insieme" continuo a ritenere che "parti obbligate in solido" possa avere un senso nel tuo contesto (a meno che ciò che viene prima/dopo non ti induca a ritenere il contrario).
