English term or phrase: post its rights issue

We are intending to participate in the rights increase and actively support XXXX's management and franchise in the future. We intend to remain one of the largest shareholders of XXXX post its rights issue. We believe in the fundamental value of the bank and its importance in the Italian and European context.

Non vorrei prendere fischi per fiaschi (si dirà così poi?! Ho un vuoto di memoria!): si intende "dopo/in seguito all'emissione dei suoi diritti"?
Chiedo conferma/smentita.

io lo direi così.
Il right issue è un' operazione di mercato che una società normalmente compie per aumentare la liquidità tramite emissione di nuovi titoli. Si svolge in questo modo: la società emette dei diritti, in funzione del numero di azioni esistenti, ad esempio chi ha un'azione X riceve un right (diritto)Y. Dopodichè la società che ha emesso tali rights dice, ora che avete i rights avete le seguenti opzioni: 1) acquistare nuovi titoli secondo la proporzione, ad esempio 1 nuovo titolo contro 3 rights a vostra disposizione a prezzo di Z; 2) vendere tali rights sul mercato; 3) comprare ulteriori rights sul mercato; 4) lasciare espirare i rights. Normalmente vi è spesso una 5 opzione "oversubscribe".
Con l'emettere nuovi titoli la società accresce la propria liquidità.
