Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / capital flows
English term or phrase: debt vs equity flows
Capital inflows – especially certain types of liabilities – can make the country more vulnerable to financial crisis. An obvious example is *debt versus equity flows*, where the latter allows for greater risk sharing between creditor and borrower.

"Flussi di debito e flussi di capitale di rischio? "
Oppure "debito e flussi di capitale netto"?

obbligazioni / azioni
Explanation:
In finanza, debt = obbligazioni/titoli obbligazionari (perchè iscritte in bilancio come debito), equity = azioni.

Debt Versus Equity
A bond is nothing more than a loan for which you are the lender.
Bonds are debt, whereas stocks are equity. This is the important distinction between the two securities. By purchasing equity (stock) an investor becomes an owner in a corporation. Ownership comes with voting rights and the right to share in any future profits
