sono a richiedere il vostro aiuto in merito all'espressione in oggetto.
Ecco un po' di contesto:

The board of directors of the XXXX (the “Directors”) has resolved to merge the sub-fund XXXX – YYYY (the “Merging Sub-Fund”) with the the sub-fund XXXX – ZZZZ ( the “Receiving Sub-Fund”) (the “Transaction”) with effect as of [20] March 2012 (the “Effective Date”).

In un primo momento avevo pensato a "Comparto incorporante" ma poi mi lascia perplessa quel "Receiving Sub-Fund", che avevo pensato di rendere come "Comparto incorporato", e non è che sia vero il contrario?
Sarà l'influenza (e l'ora), ma sono un po' fusa. Qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi?
