Trovo: "It’s absolutely fantastic. Every Year there’s new hops. For years all there was were Fuggles and Goldings and stuff I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole. Most British hops… I’m just not a big fan. Our climate is not hot enough to get the right oils in the hops; you get these more muted flavours that are great for old-fashioned English bitters.”
