si tratta di un ricettario per cocktail e in quasi ogni ricetta vi è: "snap lemon zest on top".

Come si potrebbe tradurre quel "snap". La prima cosa a cui ho pensato è stata: "rompere", ma mi sembra un pò troppo letterale. C'è un termine più tecnico ed approrpiato? any idea?

Vedi dalla mia reference 'Irish punch' ed 'Irish kiss'. On top sarà quando lo metti sul bordo del bicchiere anzichè dentro il cocktail.

o per 'snap', decora il bordo bicchiere con (riccioli di) scorza di limone - tantissimi esempi se 'googli' decorare ...cocktail...scorza di limone
