la media aritmetica (cioe' (valore1+valore2+valore3)/3 ) dei valori misurati dei tre apparecchi deve essere uguale o minore della quantità Q dove Q=valore nominale + 10% del valore nominale=1.1*valore nominale

Almeno a quanto sembra, credo indichi che questa media non dovrà essere superiore al valore nominale aumentato del 10%.
