Explanation:
potrebbe essere il piano in cotto ma in questo caso non vedo perché verrebbe usato il termine "pot" invece di "top". Forse la sede del gruppo cottura è fatto in cotto e il resto del piano in altro materiale. Potrebbe trattarsi però di un errore nel testo di partenza (sono invertite le lettere p / t)?
