Mi permetto di interpretare l'inglese approssimativo, dandomi però un livello di certezza basso per ovvi motivi.
In questo caso sembra si parli di sacchetti profuma-biancheria, e in nessuna delle traduzioni di kindling avrebbe un senso, salvo che il sacchetto in questione non sia altamente infiammabile (è in materiale sintetico?).
Credo che con "keep away from kindling" si volesse intendere "Keep away from open flames" / "Do not use near open flames".
La forma completa italiana solitamente usata è
"tenere lontano da fiamme vive, dai bambini e dagli animali".
