L'espressione "age before beauty" indica un concetto simile al nostro "dare la precedenza agli anziani".
Il problema è la parte beauty, che è puramente idiomatica, ma è indispensabile perché la battuta funzioni...

Secondo me va bene lasciare l'interpretazione letterale, i wrestler non peccano certo di modestia ed hanno una cura ossessiva del proprio corpo che credo non faccia che aumentare con l'età per evitare il naturale decadimento fisico (Non è un wrestler ma hai visto che pasticci combina Stallone tra botox e lifting maldestri ogni volta che compare in pubblico?).
