Anna Strowe: 8:46pm Aug 19, 2006: I think that the effect is supposed to be not to put one's riches at risk, but that this casino makes gambling sexy. "Bling" is jewels, sparkling jewelry, ostentatious wealth, but in a new, hip way. This casino makes gambling cool and attractive.
