Avevo pensato a "l'unico per me" ma poi mi è venuto il dubbio che magari c'è un altro modo di dirlo.

direi che va bene così, potresti anche mettere "l'unico al mondo per me", volendo aggiungere qualcosina senza cambiare il significato!
