Non so se in questo contesto posso tradurre letteralmente ovvero :
"a prescindere dal tempo o dalla geografia" .....ma si dice ?

Nel senso che l'ansia che ti prende quando introduci qualcosa di nuovo, di innovativo, in ogni campo, è qualcosa di naturale, ovvio. capita non importa dove, non importa quando, è sempre accaduto e sempre accadrà.

Almeno così la interpreto.

Ispirazione per ispirazione, mi è appena venuto in mente che ancor meglio di "luogo" ci starebbe "spazio" :)
