In realtà qui ci sarebbe voluta una nota, ma trattandosi di sito web non è proprio il caso.
Quindi metterei la traduzione italiana, ma tra virgolette perché "Tree Contee" comunque non mi sembra una traduzione attestata in ambito geografico, e tra parentesi una spiegazione di quali contee si tratta, visto anche che nel testo originale (ovviamente) non c'è alcun riferimento perché non ve n'è bisogno.
