Il peso del cannone stesso era ovviamente molto superiore, tanto che i vecchi cannoni dell'HMS Victory non sono più al loro posto sulla nave, dato che i suoi ponti, data la secolare età, non erano più in grado di reggerne il peso. I "cannoni" attualmente montati sulla nave sono ora delle repliche in legno. |
