Si parla del 'ringfort' di Reerasta, Ardagh, contea Limerick in Irlanda. Non ho altre indicazioni, purtroppo! Credo si tratti di un tipo di castello, ma non so come renderlo in italiano.

Ring fort - in uso a partire dall'Età del bronzo fino al Medioevo, in particolare all'inizio dell'era cristiana. Si trattava fondamentalmente di una zona abitativa circolare circondata da argini e fossati.

Qui trovi una dissertazione precisa su cosa sono i ring-fort. C'è anche un'interessante spiegazione di come si è arrivati al termine "ringfort" partendo dai termini locali "rath" e "caisel". Alla fine c'è anche un riassunto in italiano dove si parla di "fortezze ad anello".
