English term or phrase: Workshop co-ordinator and facilitator

This is for a business card for a holistic healing centre in Italy. Co-ordinatore e facilitatore di Workshop? Or organizzatore? And would the convention be for the terms to be in masculine even though the Director of the Centre is a woman? I'd be grateful for any help in this please.

Scusate, non avevo letto tutto il post. Se la direttrice è donna senz'altro, coordinatrice e facilitatrice.
Per quanto riguarda la "e" di congiunzione non la sostituirei con il trattino.
