Per weighting ho trovato "ponderazione" http://bit.ly/tCItlJ però non mi convince molto perché è un termine complesso, forse poco comprensibile. Si tratterebbe forse della percentuale del carico di lavoro, cioè in percentuale l'importanza di un certo compito nel lavoro quotidiano. Qualche consiglio?
