Questa ricerca ha dimostrato gli effetti positivi del volontariato d'impresa sui lavoratori che dedicano alcune ore a fare volontariato nelle scuole, spiegare il loro lavoro o dare consulenza. Tra gli effetti vi è lo sviluppo di hard business skills.
Ho trovato che esiste una suddivisione tra hard e soft business skills, ma non una traduzione. Inserisco qui alcune frasi tratte dallo studio, in cui si trova il termine.

Con Soft Skills si indicano tutte quelle competenze trasversali di tipo relazionale che sono ormai da tutti riconosciute come strumenti essenziali per conseguire i propri obiettivi individuali in ambito professionale. Il termine è complementare ad Hard Skills, che indica invece le competenze tecniche.
