puoi essere career, career conditional or temp/term. I primi due sono per posizioni a tempo indeterminato. Soprattutto con riferimento alle prime due, l'anzianita' di servizio ti pone in una categoria superiore (ad esempio, in caso di una Reduction in Force hai meno probabilita' di perdere il lavoro)

Prova allora con categoria di anzianita'. Il problema e' l'assenza di riscontri nella nostra realta' professionale. Indefinite vuol lo tradurrei a scandenza indeterminata. Non includerei "anzianita'" davanti alle categorie. in questo caso il sostantivo che viene modificato e' categoria. |
