in precedenza avevo considerato di rendere "influence" (paroila chiave nel testo e ripetuta 1000 volte) con delle espressioni tipo "avere ascendente", ma "circles of influence" riesco a capire cosa significa (praticamente i sottoposti, le persone che sono dirette dal leader)ma non riesco a trovare una bella espressione.
