E'quello che ha un mandato, un contratto.
L'altro (non sales agent) e' semplicemente un rivenditore, diretto, ma solo un rivenditore.
In alcuni paesi avevo dei contratti con degli Agenti, in altri avevo solo dei rivenditori, a volte diversi nello stesso paese.

lo visto spesso tradotto anche ocme venditore. Mio padre lo fa di mestiere e in italiano l'ho sempre sentito qualificarsi come venditore.
