English term or phrase: FX hedge currency
The investment currency will be USD, and FX hedge currency will be implemented to cover exchange rate risk between USD and EUR.

Explanation:
"hedge" è semplicemente in posizione di predicato (=aggettivo) del nome "currency". "Hedge investments" sono gli investimenti che daranno comunque qualche ritorno se quello principale dovesse andar male. In maniera simile, la "hedge currency" è una valuta che andrà bene se il cambio USD/EUR dovesse andar male. Puoi tranquillamente lasciare "hedge currency" il inglese :io l'ho tradotto "di sicurezza", ma in italiano gli addetti alavori usano sempre la terminologia inglese.
Il giro di frase di Francesca potrebbe andar bene anche lui, "si implementerà hedging" mediante una valuta diversa...", ma lo trovo poco letterale e quindi più rischioso.
