allego anche un altro interessante riferimento all'argomento. tra l'altro si dice che il 90% delle operazioni di investimento di private equity effettuate in italia hanno riguardato investimenti inferiori al 30% del capitale delle società partecipate.

In my experience the Englisht term "private equity" is always used in Italian financial texts. I suppose it is a sort of "sindacato privato" but I've never seen that term used.

Cristiana put "particepata" but backed gives the idea of una partecipazione di controllo, cioè un sostegno forte.
