agree Leonarda Coviello: Il Codeluppi propone, oltre a fusione di società, anche "incorporazione societaria". Ma io la vedo più come fusione che come incorporazione, che nel diritto comm.le italiano sono (o almeno lo erano) due "cose" diverse/distinte
